We are currently working with a vibrant, Leeds-based start-up, who are looking for a dedicated 1st Line Software Support Engineer to help propel them on their continued journey to success. This role is fully remote now with mainly remote working following Covid.

They are looking for someone that has experience of handling and triage customer support tickets. With the work being of a technical nature and be based around internet technologies (HTML) and SQL.
- A proven track record of 1st line support in a technical environment.
- Good understanding and experience of working within SQL.
- Excellent knowledge of DNS is essential.
- Experience working a SaaS based product environment would be advantageous.
Numbers of years isn’t key for this role – I am looking for someone who is passionate about solving challenging problems and willing to implement huge change.
