They are looking for a talented French speaking Application Support Analyst, to join their team and be responsible for the support of their enterprise clients in France.
Although they have grown significantly globally, Derbyshire remains their head office which means that all future growth, progression, and projects will be in this Derbyshire based tech hub.
It is an interesting time to join as they are now going through a huge transformation incorporating Agile / DevOps principles and modern technologies e.g. SaaS, Cloud and Microservices.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will work as part of a larger Application Support team and be responsible for supporting complex applications for some of their key clients in France. As well as it being important to provide tactful, insightful feedback to maintain a good working relationship with end users and other global product teams.

Key Experience/Skills Required:
·Fluent in French - This is essential
·SQL / T-SQL
·Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk etc)
·Any experience of C# or ASP.Net would be highly advantageous
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Offices are commutable from Derby, Mansfield, Nottingham and they offer remote and flexible working.
