We are currently working in an exclusive partnership with one of the UKs most exciting tech start-ups looking to hire an experienced back-end developer to play a key role in their growth.
My client has created a next-generation solution for private messaging which is unlike anything else available. Their secure messaging platform uses biometrics, end to end encryption and geofencing to keep your messages and data confidential and secure, allowing you to not only verify the device but the person looking at it!
As a back-end developer, you will play a leading role in designing and developing this innovative product and maximising scalability. They are currently working with the latest serverless technologies including NodeJS, AWS and Typescript.
Experience in this is not essential, they are choosing the best technologies for the job and as such, you may be exposed to Rust, Golang and Java. They’re looking for candidates with solid engineering experience in things such as TDD, CI/CD, API’s, Cloud etc.
They will be building a range of different offerings based on the consumer ranging from the general public to businesses with over 1000 users and you will be fundamental in developing this. The platform will be suitable for the public who want to have control over privacy and will also disrupt a number of leading industries where they share highly confidential information currently via less secure methods. They are already in discussions with leaders in this area that are showing an extremely high level of interest.
You will get to work in exciting areas such as biometrics and security and know that you are developing an app that puts the end-users in control rather than other messaging apps which are established to harvest the users data.
This role is a key hire at an exciting time, the salary for this role ranges from £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience and comes with a generous equity offering and offers private healthcare, flexibility and you are able to work fully remote if that is your preference.
