Our SaaS client are ready to scale following recent investment, and they are now looking for a talented CTO to establish and lead their technical vision that will underpin their immediate and future growth.

You will be an experienced CTO who has worked in a venture-backed start-up, who excels and enjoys the ride of rapid growth across people and technology.  Currently at c60 people the organisation will double in the next 12 months, with the technology team around 30-40 people.

It is essential you have experience working on tech platforms/apps with high levels of data transactions, and understand the product architecture required to underpin a reliable and scalable platform.

With a background in software engineering you will now be a strategic leader who is forward thinking who can turn strategy into reality, whilst growing and leading first-class technology team.

Key skills/experience required:

• Proven previous experience as a CTO in a data-driven SaaS company
• Proven experience managing a rapidly growing environment
• Highly accomplished leader
• Responsibility for establishing technology vision and associated product roadmaps
• Ideally worked with office and remote teams
• Worked closely as a board member with wider team, and external investors

This role can be hired remotely in the UK, but will require time to be spent regularly in Leeds.
