A fully licensed UK bank specializing in Banking Services for global fintechs and providing SME Lending solutions for UK businesses are hiring a Cyber Security Analyst.

The lending division offers commercial real estate investment loans and trading loans, ranging from £0.5 million, to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the UK. As a leading Banking Services provider, they offer a comprehensive range of services, including real-time multi-currency payments, accounts, acquiring, indirect scheme access, open banking, and FX solutions. 

We are in search of a dynamic Cloud Security Analyst to join the team with a primary focus on ensuring the security and integrity of the cloud-based technology infrastructure.

As a Cloud Security Analyst, you will hold a pivotal role in safeguarding digital assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our security measures within the cloud environment.

Key Focus Areas:

• Security Monitoring and Incident Response
• Cloud Infrastructure Security
• Identity and Access Management
• Security Compliance and Auditing
• Security Documentation and Reporting

Skills to be a success here:

• 3 years + experience in a similar role
• A solid understanding of computer operating systems and networking.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/ Azure.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and Kubernetes technologies would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of common cyber security principles and practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills - you will be supporting to Senior Security Analyst to remediate issues/ threats from your monitoring of events .
• If you have any relevant Cloud or Cyber Security certifications it would be an advantage.

(Please note that this role is primarily based in London and requires in-office presence for at least three days a week)
