Following a recent investment, and a key strategic plan to increase in their presence in the UK, this leading international digital transformation consultancy are looking to hire into their core leadership team in the UK by hiring a Delivery Director.

This organisation work with some of the globes most recognisable brands across fintech, ecommerce, retail and SaaS to deliver customised solutions on an enterprise scale. Their recent investment is led by founders of the globes leading services business and will accelerate their growth into new markets and new service offerings. The UK being a key strategic move.

The Delivery Director will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of large, complex digital transformation programmes, all using Agile methodologies. It is vital for this role that you have proven previous experience of working across large programmes – 70-80 heads+, ideally 100+ - in modern, technology environments using scaled Agile frameworks (SAFE, Spotify etc). Any experience of consultancy highly desired.

As a Delivery Director you will have the opportunity to contribute to better ways of working internally developing communities of practice / centres of excellence and be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the SVP for Europe.

Experience of end-end delivery is key with a proven background in software engineering processes.

Candidates who have spent their careers internally facing in large corporate Plc’s will not be suitable for this role. Previous roles will include Programme Director / Head of Delivery / Projects Director / Head of Projects / Head of Programmes etc.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Experience delivering large digital transformation projects/programmes
• Proven experience of scaled Agile delivery
• Experienced structuring programmes for rapid delivery from day dot
• Highly experienced around risks/issues
• Highly experienced working with CxO

Salaries for this role are flexible £100-140k, 20% bonus, benefits. UK HQ is London – roles are WFH / remote in the UK with some requirement for client site work post covid.
