Lead Automation Tester required for a leading SaaS solutions provider, specialising in telematics solutions used by some of the world's most recognisable brands.
This is a fully remote role based in the UK.
My client are currently undergoing a major tech transformation to completely modernise the architecture of their products and ensure that their systems and scalable and high-performant, with quality and code quality at the forefront of what they do. Central to these plans is the Automation Test Lead role. With no current processes for Test Automation in place, you will be responsible for implementing an automation test strategy from the ground up. You will assess the current landscape and develop appropriate automation test frameworks across their product suite, with full autonomy over what technologies are used and how it is done.
You will be supported by an ambitious management team that is driving this change from the very top. Joining as the most senior Tester within the company, there are masses of progression opportunity within this role and you will work alongside a Head of Architecture as they develop a flexible and trusted work culture, with a distributed team that benefits from excellent work/life balance.

Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years experience as an Automation Tester / Software Developer In Test
- Design and development of automation frameworks at all levels
- UI and API Automation
- Proven experience working with resilient and scalable enterprise solutions
- Champion of modern tech and Agile delivery
