The FinTech revolution is showing no signs of slowing, and open banking with deliver the next generation of services across financial services.


With significant investment this organisation are revolutionising open banking globally and are looking for a Programme Manager specifically in CX - Customer Experience.


The role will develop new Customer Experience programmes within this FinTech innovator, breaking down the barriers that currently exist to building and scaling financial products. This vision will be delivered by building a human centric UI on an already revolutionary API driven open banking platform.


Your experience:

  • Experience building/scaling global products (B2C or B2B)
  • Proven experience establishing and delivering Customer Experience (CX) programmes
  • Proven experience working on front-end applications (UI/UX)
  • Managing all resources through complex matrix management
  • Manage all workflows for implementations
  • Proven experience of customer engagement and stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience managing/coaching other team members


Experience of any of the following would be an advantage

  • FinTech Platforms / API SaaS platform integration
  • Debit / Credit cards
  • Banking systems
  • Payments
  • Financial regulatory projects


The role needs to be based on the West Coast, ideally in the Bay Area but can be flexible.


Salary/Package negotiable. Only candidates with proven CX
