This role will work very closely with the Founders of the business to help them scale, as they move from start-up to scale-up.
It requires a Head of Product or VP who is initially happy to be very hands on, including customer discovery, managing backlogs and working closely with the VP of Engineering and their team. You will establish priorities and ensure the pipeline of feature development is in line with strategic plans.
Very quickly once established you will build out the product team and move into a more defined VP of Product role with responsibility for product strategy and growth. You will have already had some experience in this from previous roles.
This will suit either a Head of Product ready to make a step up, or an experienced VP of Product who is happy to be hands on and then really grow the team. You lead by example, have a willingness to learn fast, fail fast and love working in product - it's your playground to success.
It is essential you have experience in start ups previously with a 'get it done attitude'. You will never say 'that's not my job'.
Any experience in B2B products beneficial, particularly supply chain. This product is disrupting a global industry and has a large number of customers in place along with funding.

The role requires 5 days a week in the office.
Compensation flexible based on experience / level.
€80-100k Head of product,
€100-130k VP of Product. The role will have stock options.
